Shipping and payment terms

Please note that the shipping costs are calculated after your order and then shown on your order confirmation.

Terms of delivery and payment outside Germany
All prices are net, ex warehouse SPRiNTUS and plus transport costs.

Return deliveries will only be accepted after prior notice.
Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted.
Credit notes for returned goods will be made with deduction of 15 % return costs of the net value of the goods, except for wrong deliveries caused by the supplier.

Payable within 30 days net (unless otherwise agreed).
